You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Where the platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) denomination, account balances, deposit amounts and bonus figures will be displayed in PKR. Players are responsible for understanding any currency conversion that may apply when using payment methods denominated in other currencies.

Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Player's account is under investigation or where KYC requirements remain outstanding.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal, or any attempt to defraud ppp999 or other players, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ppp999 are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements and time limits as stated in the individual promotion's terms at the point of offer. These Terms govern bonus conduct generally; individual promotion pages supersede where they contain more specific conditions.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. ppp999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Players who display patterns consistent with professional bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value — may have bonuses voided at the operator's discretion.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them become withdrawable real-money funds only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full on eligible game types. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where a self-exclusion request is made, the account will be restricted in line with the Responsible Gambling Policy. Real-money balances (net of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification) will be returned subject to applicable payment processing conditions.
Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law survive account termination.
